By this petition, petitioner herein has alleged non-compliance of the order dated 27.03.2024, “Therefore, in view of limited nature of controversy, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2- District Magistrate Shopian, to accord consideration to the representation filed by the petitioners in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date a copy of this order along with copy of the writ petition and annexures is made available to him.” 2. Compliance report stands filed by the respondents, it is stated that the respondents have duly considered the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law as directed by this court on 27.03.2024. Accordingly, both land parcels have been secured from illegal occupation and the property is now under official custody. The petitioner has been asked to approach the office of Tehsildar Zainapora to formally take over physical possession at any time. Respondens have placed on record relevant document which includes the custody receipts and geo-tagged photographs. 3. Respondents herein have complied with the order dated 27.03.2024 in its letter and spirit. 4. In view of the above, contempt proceedings are closed, however, liberty is granted to the petitioner for challenging the action of the respondents if he so desires.
