Issue an appropriate order or direction commanding the respondent no.1toconsider and decide Claim Petition bearing no.923 of 2019 (Hari Narayan Verma Vs. State of U.P and Ors.) pending before it within a stipulated time period, which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper;" 3. The request for early hearing has already been rejected by the Tribunal. However, considering the age of the petitioner, i.e., about 69 years and the fact that the matter is pending since 2019, the present petition is disposed of directing the Tribunal to endeavour to decide the the case with all expedition, preferably within a period of six months from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties, in accordance with law.
