The petitioner-Ali Hamza Khan has filed this petition raising a grievance against action of District Magistrate, Shahjahanpur alleging violation of order passed by Waqf Tribunal but the Waqf in respect of which the order has been passed is not the petitioner herein. 3. The appropriate course was for the Waqf to file a petition through the Mutawalli. We, therefore, do not entertain this petition but with liberty to the Waqf concerned to file a petition if there is a cause and locus standi. 4. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
