Vs. State of J&K and Ors.) Vide order dated January 22, 2014 (ibid), the Writ Court while issuing notice had ordered that the recommendations made by the Selection Committee contained in Annexure ‘F’ based upon the revenue village criteria would remain stayed. The records show that a subsequent order dated November 07, 2017, the petition was allowed as the impugned condition contained in the notification dated October 04, 2013 insofar as it contravened the Government Order dated December 26, 2013 was quashed. The selection panel insofar as it contained the name of the private respondents was also set aside and the authorities were directed to issue letter of appointment in favour of the petitioners to the post of ReT teachers.
