It is stated to be the love marriage and the girl denies that she has been confined against her wish. 2 The girl being major and appears to have performed marriage with her wish and will, there is no necessity to exercise constitutional powers 2025:BHC-AUG:10894-DB 2 17_Cri.WP_430_2025 of this Court in the present matter. 3 Writ Petition stands dismissed. 4 The girl be set at liberty.
