Heard learned counsel for the applicants. 2. The instant contempt application has been filed by the applicants alleging disobedience of the order dated 12.02.2025 passed by this Court in Writ-A No. 683 of 2025. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the case of the applicant has not been considered for promotion, in letter and spirit, in pursuance of the directions issued by the writ Court, hence, the respondents may be summoned and punished accordingly. 4. It is evident from the record that decision has already been taken by the competent authority on 15.04.2025 in terms of the directions issued by the writ Court. Therefore, this Court is of the view that no contempt is made out, accordingly, the contempt application is dismissed. 5. However, it is open to the applicants to take appropriate remedy, if they are felling aggrieved with the decision of the competent authority passed on 15.04.2025.
