This application is preferred by the applicants for early hearing of MAC Appeal No.295/2021. Mr. Bora, learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants are suffering from old age ailment and as such, there is a requirement of early hearing of the appeal. Ms. Saikia submits that she has no objection. Taking note of the submission of learned counsel for both the parties, it is provided that Registry shall list the connected appeal for hearing on 16.09.2025.
