The petitioner seeks initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order and judgment passed by the writ Court in SWP No. 729/2006 dated May 13, 2013. Whereby, the respondent- authorities were directed to consider the case of the petitioner having regard to the document/annexure-D and other documents enclosed with the writ petition, under rules governing the field within a specified period. 02. Learned counsel for the respondents, at the outset, has drawn the attention of this Court to the Compliance report dated November 05, 2015, filed by the respondents. And, with reference to the averments set out in the para no.7 thereof, she submits that in compliance to the judgment dated May 13, 2013, the case of the petitioner was considered and rejected vide order No. 2395 DSEK of 2015 dated 29.08.2015 issued by the Directorate of School Education, Kashmir. 03.
