1. GP FOR HOME The Court made the following Order: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, for the respondent Nos.1 to 5.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is repeatedly calling to the police station by the 6th respondent.
3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the 5th respondent has received a complaint from the 6th respondent against the

petitioner and has called the petitioner and others for the purpose of preliminary investigation. The police have found that the matter is a civil dispute and that they are not interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the 6th respondent.
4. Recording the submissions, the Writ Petition is closed, making it clear that the 5th respondent shall not interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the 6th respondent. No costs.
5. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
