The instant petition has been preferred seeking following main relief:- "(i) Order or direction thereby directing the Upziladhikari, Buxi Ka Talab, Lucknow to decide the pending Suit No. T202410460426078 & T202410460426075 forthwith." Learned State Counsel Shri Yogesh Awasthi, based upon the instructions received, says that the cases in issue have already been decided vide order dated 11.02.2025, copy of the instructions along with the copy of the order dated 11.04.2025 passed in Case No.T202410460426075 (Surendra Kumar Vs. Chakmarg Murad Alim, Dubari, Smt. Malti) and Case No. T202410460426078 (Surendra Kumar Vs. Chakmarg, Murad Ali, Meva Lal, Ishwarideen" are taken on record. In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the writ petition is consigned to record.
