The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To direct the respondent no. 1 learned Civil Judge (JD), Tanda, Ambedkar Nagar to decide Original Suit No. 249 of 2018, Lali Devi wife of Late Kamraj Versus Bhorai & others, is still pending since the year 2018, expeditiously at an early date." 3. The counsel for the petitioner states that despite sufficient service, respondents are not appearing. 4. In view of the said statement, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to move an application for proceeding exparte against the defendants. In case, such an application is filed, the same shall be considered by the trial Court in accordance with law. 5. The petition is finally disposed of, in terms of above.
