This is the second bail application of the applicant. Vide order dated 14.11.2024 passed by this Court in MCRC No. 6718 of 2024, the first bail application of the applicant was dismissed on merits. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the applicant is in jail since 05.06.2024 and till date only three witnesses have been examined and the trial of the case is not in considerable progress therefore, the applicant has filed this second bail application. 3. On the other hand, learned State counsel opposes the bail application. 2 4. From perusal of the Order-sheet annexed with the bail application, it transpire that the PW01 has been examined on 12.12.2024, PW02 has been examined on 04.01.2025 and PW03 has been examined on 17.02.2025. The learned counsel for the applicant has also filed the summons issued to the witnesses which has been filed alongwith covering memo dated 25.03.2025 which also goes to show that the trial court is making all his endavour to serve the summons to the witnesses for recording of their evidence. 5. From perusal of the aforesaid documents, I do not find any good ground to admit this second bail application of the applicant. 6. Accordingly, the present second bail application of the applicant is dismissed at the motion hearing stage.
