GP FOR HOME The Court made the following Order: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondents 1 to 5. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner made a representation dated 30.12.2024 seeking protection to his property. It is submitted that the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Punganur granted a decree in the suit filed by the petitioner in O.S.No.182 of 2021. The respondents 6 to 14 are trying to interfere with the possession and enjoyment of the suit schedule property. In this regard, the petitioner made a representation 2 incorporating the copy of the decree obtained in the suit. It is submitted that the 5th respondent has not acted on the representation. 3. Considering the submissions, the 5th respondent is directed to ensure that the order passed in O.S.No.182 of 2021 is complied with in letter and spirit. 4. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 5.
