Kritika and Others Vs. Priyank Gupta under Section 125 of Cr.P.C., whereby, the learned Additional Judge, Family Court has partly allowed the revisionist’s application filed under Section 125 Cr.P.C. and has awarded Rs. 3000/- per month maintenance in favour of Revisionist Nos. 2 and 3 each, a total sum of Rs. 6000/- per month. A Withdrawal Application (IA No. 1 of 2025) has been filed by learned counsel for the revisionist seeking withdrawal of the present criminal revision on the ground that parties have arrived to an amicable settlement, pursuant to which, they have filed a joint petition under Section 13-B of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 and the revisionist does not want to further press the present criminal revision. 6. Learned counsel for the respondent no. 2 has admitted to the fact, as stated by learned counsel for the revisionist. However, he further submits that it is an admitted revision and could not be withdrawn at this stage. 7.
