Learned counsel for the applicant submits that owing to an accidental omission, in Paragraph 6 of the order under reference, the designation and address of the Arbitrator, has been wrongly recorded. For the reasons set out in the application, which is duly supported by an affidavit, and, particularly, as the prayer made therein is not opposed by learned counsel for the respondents, the same is allowed.
