When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the cause in the revision petition does not survive, in as much as the final decree petition was dismissed for default. 3. The submission is placed on record. 4. In view of the same, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the instant revision and accordingly the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 5. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to take appropriate steps in the matter in accordance with law. 6. There shall be no order as to costs.
