The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 04.01.2019 passed by this Court in Civil Misc. Writ Petition (P.I.L.) No.4819 of 2018. 2. A compliance affidavit was filed by the opposite party on 20.02.2025 disclosing that the encroachments have been demolished. Necessary documents relating to the aforesaid plea have also been annexed with the compliance affidavit. 3. On 20.02.2025, the counsel for the applicant was granted a month's time to file reply to the aforesaid affidavit. No reply has yet been filed. 4. As the order passed by the Writ Court has already been complied, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application. 5. The contempt application is disposed of.
