Learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that on 15.03.2024, he was engaged in another Court, therefore, he was not present when the matter has been called. He submits that in compliance of the earlier order dated 20.01.2025, he has filed affidavit along with covering memo dated 24.01.2025 in support of his contention. 5. Taking into consideration the submission and cause shown in the application, I am inclined to restore MA (C) No. 1174/2015. 6.
