Heard Ms. Gudiya Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). Issue an order or direction, directing the Court of Civil Judge, (J.D.) Court No. 38, Sultanpur to decide the Civil Suit No. 704 of 1992 (Shri Ram Vs Ram Tirathi) pending in the Court of Civil Judge, (J.D.) Court No. 38, Sultanpur, expeditiously, as soon possible, within a short period of time as fixed be this Hon'ble Court." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the concerned court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending suit with all expedition, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
