1. Heard Ms. S.Deka, the learned counsel for the petitioners. Also
Page No.# 2/2 heard Mr. K.K. Das, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Assam.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were allowed to go on interim bail, by this Court, by order dated 11.06.2025, and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, the petitioners, namely, 1. Sri Jintu Borgohain, and 2. Sri Sanjoy Gogoi have appeared before the Investigating Officer and have co-operated in the investigation.
3. On the other hand, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced the Case Diary of Tinsukia P.S. Case No. 187/2025 and has submitted that the petitioners have appeared before the Investigating Officer on 14.06.2025.
4. Considering the fact that the petitioners have complied with the directions of this Court and have co-operated in the investigation, the interim bail granted to them, by order dated 11.06.2025 is hereby made absolute, with condition No. (ii) attached to the said order remaining intact.
5. Send back the Case Diary.
6. This anticipatory bail application is accordingly disposed of.
