Case No. 33 of 2023 corresponding to G.R. No. 235 of 2023, S.T. No. 172 of 2023 for the offences registered under Sections 302/34 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Gumla. 3. Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected vide B.A. No. 10757 of 2024 by order dated 19.12.2024. 4. On 02.02.2023, the husband of the informant, namely, Parmeshwar Kumar Singh went missing. Later on, he was found in injured condition. His throat was split up by unknown persons and he died during course of treatment on 03.02.2023. 5. Report regarding the stage of trial, earlier called for, has been received. It appears that the case is fixed for defence witness. 6. Considering the fact that trial is at the fag end of conclusion, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
