At the request of the parties, the matter was referred to the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, where the parties have amicably resolved their disputes and executed a Settlement Agreement dated 10th September, 2025. A copy of the said agreement has been placed on record. 3. In view of the above settlement, counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition. 4.
