After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, we are of the opinion that the writ petition should be disposed on the basis of the pleadings and documents filed before the Central Administrative Tribunal. We direct the petitioners to file a paper-book containing the pleadings and documents filed before the Tribunal with proper index within three weeks from date upon prior service to the learned counsel for the respondent. The matter stands adjourned till 21.11.2025. Written notes of argument shall be filed by the parties in the meantime. It appears that the previous Bench has passed an order restraining the respondent from initiating contempt proceedings till the returnable date. We extend the same said protection till the disposal of the writ petition. The application [MC(WPC) No. 91 of 2025] is disposed of. (W.
