No.EFS02- 11031/16/2024-ADMIN SEC PCCF/Admn-3 dated 22.07.2024 and not reverting the Petitioner back to his original working place Guntur Circle Unit as highly illegal, improper, unjust, arbitrary, against the principles of natural justice and in violation of Article 14, 16, 19, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently set aside the impugned Proceedings vide Rc.No.EFS02-11031/16/2024-ADMIN SEC PCCF/Admn-3 dated 30.07.2025 issued by the Respondent No.2 and direct the Respondents to consider the Petitioner's request by reverting him back to his original working place Guntur Circle Unit in the post of Senior Assistant as there is a clear vacancy readily available….” 4 2.
