On account of encroachment the petitioner is unable to undertake construction of his house on his land, as claimed. 3. Let the petitioner submit an application to opposite party no.4- Executive Officer, Nagar Palika Parishad, Gonda, who may get the facts verified as to whether there is any encroachment on the naala, as alleged by the petitioner, if so, and if there is no legal impediment, to make efforts for removal of such encroachment, as per law. The said exercise shall be undertaken within one month from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him. 4. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
