The present petition has been filed for the following main relief:- "(a) Issue order or direction to quash the proceeding of case No. 3903/2024 Computerised case No C202410000003903 title " Furkan & others Versus Azahar Ali & others" which is pending without jurisdiction before opposite party no 2 & also quash order dated 27.09.2024 passed by opposite party no. 2 which contained as Annexure No-1" In view of the statutory remedy available to the petitioner of filing appeal, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the impugned order and without entering into the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appellate authority as per law. With the aforesaid, the present petition is disposed of. In case, the statutory remedy would avail by the petitioner, the same shall be decided by the authority concerned, after taking note of Rule 183(4) of the U.P. Revenue Code Rules, 2016 made under U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 read with para 458(2) of U.P. Revenue Court Manual, according to which an appeal or revision should preferably be decided within a period of six months.
