Order dated 06.05.2024 has not been complied with by the petitioner despite availing numerous opportunities. 2. Taking note of conduct of the petitioner, this Court vide order dated 01.08.2025 clearly provided that since the petitioner had failed to comply with order dated 22.04.2025, as such, the Bank would be at liberty to proceed with the impugned notices. The matter was listed on 20.08.2025, on which date also, the order dated 22.04.2025 remained un-complied with by the petitioner. Today, when the case was called out, nobody turned out to appear for the petitioner. From the conduct of the petitioner, it clearly transpires that the petitioner is not interested in complying with the directions passed by this Court vide order dated 06.05.2024 read with order dated 22.04.2025, therefore, has decided to abandon this petition. Serial No. 12 2 WP(C) No. 977/2024 3. Accordingly, this petition along with the connected applications is dismissed for non-prosecution. The Bank as also the Tehsildar concerned are directed to proceed in accordance with law.
