Pursuant to order dated 11.06.2015, Mr. J. Payeng, learned standing counsel, FT matters, upon instructions, has submitted that the mother of the petitioner, namely, Rubeda Begum against whom an opinion dated 21.08.2014 was passed by the learned Member, Foreigners Tribunal, Jorhat in case No.FTG(D) 245/2018, is currently being held at the Holding Centre in 7th Assam Police Battalion, Charaikhula, District of Kokrajhar. 3. Accordingly, the Court is inclined to provide the visitation right to the petitioner along with one family member to meet his mother, Rubeda Begum at Page No.# 3/3 the Holding Centre at 7th Assam Police Battalion, Charaikhula, District - Kokrajhar. 4. It is provided that a certified copy of this order be produced before the In- charge of the Holding Centre at 7th Assam Police Battalion, Charaikhula, District- Kokrajhar, the said authority shall permit the petitioner and one family member to meet Rubeda Begum and also to permit the petitioner to obtain the signature of Rubeda Begum in the vakalatnama, which shall be authenticated by the said authority. 5.
