Heard Mr. M. Saikia, learned counsel for the applicant, who submits that there is a delay of 40 days in filing the appeal against the conviction of the applicant under Section 6 of the POCSO Act, 2012 by the Court of the Special Judge, POCSO, Golaghat in Special POCSO Case No.32/2021. Ms. A. Begum, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that she has got no objection if the delay is condoned. In view of the above reason, the delay of 40 days is condoned. Registry to register the appeal and list the same after a week. I.A.(Crl.) is accordingly allowed and disposed off.
