Death certificate of sole appellant Bhagwani Ram Sahu S/o Shri Videshi Ram Sahu certified by the Police Station Gurur is also annexed with the said report wherein it is mentioned that he died on 10.12.2018. 3. In view of above, as sole appellant Bhagwani Ram Sahu S/o Shri Videshi Ram Sahu died on 10.12.2018, and no representation has been made for bringing legal heirs of the sole appellant on record, therefore, this appeal is dismissed as having abated.
