The learned counsel for the applicant has filed a supplementary affidavit today in court, which is taken on record. 3. The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 323 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 3(5) B.N.S., registered at Police Station Khamariya, District Lakhimpur Kheri. 4. After advancing submissions at some length, the learned counsel for the applicant stated that two prosecution witnesses have already been examined by the trial court and the applicant will await the outcome of trial and he does not want to press the instant bail application and it may be rejected as not pressed. 5.
