Considering the fact that the orders were interlocutory in nature, no interference is called for. 4. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to take all grounds including challenge to the order rejecting the right to amend the pleadings when the suit is finally decided and the revision is filed. 5. The writ petition stands dismissed. 6. The office is directed to communicate this order to the court concerned forthwith.
