Tiwari,learned AGA on the basis of instructions submits that this petition is not maintainable before this Court at Lucknow because admittedly the detenue was missing from Haridwar and the missing report was also lodged at Haridwar. However, on an enquiry, it has been found that that the detenue has married to the respondent no.4 Gaurav Kumar son of Shrawan Kumar, who are major in age and they are residing at Mujaffarnagar. Therefore also this petition is not maintainable before this Court, which could not be disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of above,this petition is not maintainable before this Court at Lucknow. The petition is dismissed accordingly.
