As the matter is of the year 2014, I am not inclined to adjourn the matter. 2. The present petition has been challenging the decree passed by the SCC Court on 14.01.2011 as well as the dismissal of the revision vide order dated 25.04.2014. 3. Perusal of the two orders reveals that findings of fact have been recorded after appreciation of the evidence warranting no interference. 4. Present petition is accordingly dismissed. 5.
