Anju @ Anjali and others Vs. Prashant Singh), arising out of an application under Section 125 of Cr.P.C. as well as order dated 13.11.2024 passed by learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Mathura in Execution (Maintenance) Case No. 584 of 2020 (Smt. Anju @ Anjali and others Vs. Prashant), whereby Application 19-Ba filed by mother of the husband of private opposite party no.2 to stay the proceedings has been dismissed. After some argument, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to the applicant to file appropriate application/proceeding before the court concerned. In view of the above, the present application 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to the applicant to file appropriate application/proceeding before the court concerned.
