Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that Court below already granted bail to A3 & A5 and the petitioner is in custody from 29.11.2024. Therefore, he prays for grant of bail. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is a habitual offender and he is having 8 previous cases, which are all similar in nature. Further, he submitted that the trial in this case is just begun and therefore, he opposed to grant bail to the petitioner. 5.Considering the fact that the petitioner is having 8 previous cases and that trial is just begun, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
