Learned counsel for the applicant has very fairly submitted that in compliance of the judgment and order dated 28.02.2023 the representation of the petitioner has been decided and the claim of the applicant has been rejected and for all practical purposes the present contempt application has become infructuous and the same may be dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the applicant to challenge the order dated 06.11.2024 rejecting the claim of the petitioner by filing a writ petition. 2. As such the present contempt application is dismissed as infructuous. 3. Notice issued earlier, if any, stands discharged. 4.
