The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To issue any order or direction in favour of the petitioner directing to the opposite party no. 1 to decide the pending proceedings of Old SCC Suit No. 123 of 2013, New SCC Suit No. 185 of 2017, Smt. Sudha Srivastava Versus Santosh Verma, within stipulated period fixed by this Hon'ble Court contained as Annexure No. 1 to the petition." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the concerned court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending suit with all expedition, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
