Heard Sri Naveen Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for he petitioner and Sri Rohan Gupta for the respondent nos.2 and 3. 2. Petitioner is constrained to approach this Court that though she has attained the age of superannuation on 5.9.2024, however, till date, her legally permissible dues are not being released. 3. Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent nos.2 and 3 submits that a decision has been taken and if there is any legal impediment it shall be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today. 4. On behalf of above submission that in case petitioner remains aggrieved after decision or communication in two weeks, she will be at liberty to take legal course if so advised. 5. In case of default and petitioner is constrained to approach this Court again for same relief, Court may take a strict view against the respondents. 6.
