Union of India And Ors. decided on 26.02.2024 are pending before the Armed Forces Tribunal, Regional Bench, Lucknow. The order passed by the Tribunal does not seem to have been assailed by Union of India till date. Consequently, the execution proceedings are bound to proceed and decide expeditiously in accordance with law. 3. We accordingly direct the Tribunal to proceed with the matter with expedition and decide the execution proceedings without any inordinate delay provided there is no legal impediment coming in the way of execution proceedings. 4.
