The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). Suitable direction commanding the opposite party no. 1/Civil Judge (JD) Kadipur, Sultanpur to decide and finally adjudicate the Regular Suit No. 107/2010, titled as Ramdhari Versus Tilaku and others, pending before him, within specific time frame preferably within six months, contained as Annexure No. 1 , to this petition." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the concerned court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending suit with all expedition, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
