The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to the District Magistrate Lucknow to decide the Application No. 315/19 filed under section Arms Act pending since 2019 and all the formalities completed as early as possible or time formulated by this Hon'ble Court, in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the concerned court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application with all expedition, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
