The present petition has been filed for the following relief: " a. issue order or direction to the opposite party no.1 i.e. Civil Judge (S.D.), Malihabad, Lucknow to decide the Original Suit No.1792/2024, Rajat Sonkar and others V/s Smt. Darshana Devi and others, within stipulated period, which is pending before opposite party no.1, in the interest of justice. " 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner argues that the injunction application is also filed and has not yet been decided. 4. In view of the said submission, the present petition is disposed of with direction to decide any pending injunction application with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
