The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To direct the Civil Judge (JD)-II, Faizabad to decide the Regular Suit No. 334 of 2010, Smt. Savitri Devi Vs. Ram Murat and others, pending before the Court of Civil Judge (JD)-II, Faizabad within a stipulated time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court, in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the concerned court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending suit with all expedition, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
