Mr. Rajendra Dobhal, learned Senior Advocate assisted by Mr. Prince Chauhan, Advocate for respondent nos.2 and 3. 4. The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioners, seeking the following reliefs:- “a. Issue a order or direction to the respondent no.1 i.e, the Assistant Collector, First Class/SDM Jaspur Tehsil Jaspur District Udham Singh Nagar to the effect that he shall complete the process of demarcation of the agricultural land belongs to the petitioners on the spot in compliance of its judgment and order dated 31.07.2021 passed under Section 41 of U.P.L.R. Act 1901. b. Issue a order or direction to the lower revenue demarcation team to conduct demarcation proceedings on the spot within 15 days in furtherance of aforesaid judgment and order dated 31-07-2021 so that the aforesaid demarcation proceedings come to an end finally after making demarcation on the spot by metes and bounds.” 5. The grievance of learned counsel for the petitioners which has been canvassed by him in the writ petition is with regard to demarcation of the property in-question which has not been conducted by the Authorities despite order dated 31.07.2021 passed by learned Assistant Collector, Ist Class, Jaspur, Udham Singh Nagar, on application having been made by the petitioners. 6. This Court vide order dated 14.11.2025 granted three days’ time to State counsel to ascertain as to whether 2 demarcation has been carried out by the responsible officer or not despite the order dated 31.07.2021. 7. On 14.11.2025 it was informed by the State counsel that the responsible officials were on the site to get the demarcation done pursuant to order dated 31.07.2021, but due to some application moved by the petitioners themselves – given the marriage ceremony in the family – the date of demarcation was fixed for 20.11.2025. 8. Now it is undisputed that demarcation has been carried out pursuant to order dated 31.07.2021 passed by learned Assistant Collector, Ist Class, Jaspur, Udham Singh Nagar. 9. The information to such demarcation having been carried out by the responsible officers is passed on to this Court, by way of written instructions dated 24.11.2025 which is taken on record. 10.
