The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To issue direction to the learned Civil Judge (SD), Faizabad now Ayodhya to decide the Execution Case No. 43 of 2013 : Mahanth Siyaram Sharan Shashtri Vs. Raj Kishore Tiwari and others" filed by the petitioner pending since 13.05.2013, expeditiously as early as possible, in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the concerned court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending case with all expedition, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of copy of this order, in view of the directions given by Hon'ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal Nos. 3640-3642 of 2025 (Periyammal (Dead) Through Lrs. and Ors. Vs. V. Rajamani and Anr. ETC) dated 06.03.2025. 4. The petition is finally disposed of, in terms of above.
