Present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the recovery certificate dated 12.12.2024. 2. Learned counsel for the respondent/Bank, on instruction, states that an amount of Rs.3,30,972/- is due and payable by the petitioner as on 16.05.2025. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner seeks some time to pay the said amount as he is a poor person. 4. In view thereof, the present petition is disposed off providing that the recovery shall not be pressed against the petitioner subject to the petitioner depositing Rs.31,000/- on or before 06.06.2025. 5. The balance amount of Rs.3,00,000/- shall be paid by the petitioner in six quarterly installments of Rs.50,000/- each. Meaning thereby, the first installment shall be paid by 30.09.2025, second installment by 31.12.2025, third installment by 31.03.2026, fourth installment by 30.06.2026, fifth installment by 30.09.2026, and sixth and the last installment shall be paid by 31.12.2026, which shall include the overdue interest and any other charges. 6. Any benefit that come in the meanwhile in terms of any scheme, shall be extended to the petitioner. 7. In case of default in paying any of the amount, the present order shall automatically come to an end and the respondent/Bank would be at liberty to press the recovery in accordance with law.
