Hon’ble Ravindra Maithani, J.(Oral) Since common question of law and facts are involved in all these petitions, they are heard together and decided by this common judgment. 2. The petitioners seek direction to the respondents to get their names mutated over the ceiling land. 3. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that identical controversy has already been decided by this Court on 16.12.2025, in 3 WPMS No. 3367 of 2025, Anup Singh Vs. State of Uttarakhand and others and connected petitions and the petitioners in those petitions have been directed to make separate application to the District Magistrate, Udham Singh Nagar. 5. Learned counsel for the respondents admits this fact. 6. Since the identical issue has already been decided by this Court on 16.12.2025 in the case of Anup Singh (supra), all these petitions are decided in terms of judgment dated 16.12.2025 passed in the case of Anup Singh (supra). 7. Accordingly, the petitioners are given liberty to make separate application(s) to District Magistrate, Udham Singh Nagar, for correcting of the provision invoked for allotting land to them. If such representation(s) is made within two weeks from today, District Magistrate shall examine the matter and pass appropriate order, within eight weeks thereafter.
