The petitioner has challenged the recovery proceedings initiated by the Revenue Authorities in pursuance to the recovery certificate issued by a Family Court for recovering dues payable by the petitioner to his wife under Section 125 Cr.P.C. (Now Section 144 B.N.S.S., 2023). The order passed under Section 125 Cr.P.C. or other provisions of the Cr.P.C. (Now B.N.S.S., 2023) in this regard has not been challenged in this petition. The recovery is only a consequential proceeding, therefore, we see no reason to interfere in the petition. 3. The writ petition is dismissed as it is apparently not maintainable.
