On 18.05.2023, we had passed the following order:- "Counsel for the petitioner states that he would be filing required application before the authority concerned for withdrawing his appeal / revision filed against order dated 19.05.2004 and file the withdrawal order by the next date fixed. List / put up this case on 7.7.2023 amongst top ten cases in the list. " 5. Accordingly, the application for withdrawal is allowed.
